and stay for the Mom’s Group speaker & discussion from 9:15 to 11:00am. What a great way to treat yourself and grow in faith! The group meets in the Old Social Hall. These mornings are a chance for moms to come together for fellowship, faith enrichment, and fun!

The April 11, 2018 guest speaker is Diane Dunniway.
Diane is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She has her Master’s and Doctorate in Nursing. She helps women make sense of the current controversies and research in hormone therapy, including the benefits of bio-identical hormones. She is also a Fertility Care Practitioner and Medical Consultant in Creighton Model Fertility Care.

As one of the leaders of the St. Vincent de Paul Society, Judy’s interest started 10 years ago when she took a Just Faith class here at St. Jude and it gave her a new awareness of the many social justice issues here in our community. Inspired by Gospel values, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, a Catholic lay organization, leads women and men to join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are needy and suffering.

Feeling a little weighted down from all the yummy food over the holidays but don’t know where to find the time to work out? Come hear Molly speak on fitness and even demonstrate ways to get moving. Molly is a stay at home mom for five (5) growing children! She is a certified kickboxing instructor at Farrell's Extreme Bodyshaping. Molly and another mom started Woman of Strength, an early morning workout group at St. Phils, to encourage other women from our community to get moving and keep moving!!

Come join the mom’s group for a fun "make and take" craft that you can take home with you the same day. Enjoy a prearranged craft making while sharing in great fellowship as we prepare for Christmas. Christine is the president of the Peoria area Women’s Care Center. The Peoria Center opened in May 2013 next door to the regional abortion clinic. Already abortions have declined by 37% in our community. The Women’s Care Center provides free, confidential counseling, support and education to women facing unplanned pregnancies.

Katee is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and focuses on medical dermatology for all ages. She joined Central Illinois Dermatology in 2015 and lives in Peoria with her husband and two children, both of which have eczema.
